JADE NEUENDORF
BPsych (Hons) | PhD (Clinical Psychology) Candidate
MAPS | FSANZ | ANZICA (Provisional)
Jade is a registered psychologist, clinical psychology registrar and PhD candidate consulting through InMind 4 Health.
Her work centres on providing a calm and compassionate space where experiences can be explored without pressure to be optimistic or coping all the time.
APPROACH
Some situations cannot be resolved or made predictable, particularly around health, fertility, or major life changes. Jade supports people to find steadiness in what can be tended to, while living alongside what cannot be controlled.
Jade's focuses on understanding what your experience has been like, rather than trying to fix everything straight away. Sessions create space to slow things down and make sense of reactions that may have felt automatic, confusing, or hard to shift.
Her therapeutic style is person-centred and flexible, guided by acceptance-based, compassion-focused, mindfulness, and attachment-informed approaches. The focus is not getting rid of thoughts or feelings, but to help them feel less overwhelming and less in control.
Over time, people often notice they are no longer pulled into reacting in the same ways, and have more choice in how they respond to what is happening around them.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Jade works with adolescents and adults across a range of emotional and life difficulties. Her practice is informed by research-based psychological therapies while recognising that meaningful change occurs within a trusting therapeutic relationship.
